Change at the head of our company
Mrs. Anja Skibba, daughter of Wolfgang Schäfer, has taken over the reins and is appointed Managing Director as per 1st of January 2009. |

The fleet of vehicles grew, the total numbers became 22 with more than 20 units of dedicated sub-contractors. |

SKR Spedition in Chemnitz moved to larger offices with its own workshops and fuel station. |

This year owing to a successful start of the export department the number of employees doubled. |

Our own new trucks were bought and the total number became eighteen units. (High Volume Road trains,13.6 metres Euro/Tautliner and 13.6 metres MEGA Liners). |

An export department was founded within the organization. The Continent - UK business was established as a major part of the business. |

SKR took over an East Germany company in Chemnitz. With this step our own fleet of vehicles was founded. |

The company moved from Hoexter to Hannover. |

SKR Spedition GmbH was founded by Wolfgang Schaefer and Christine Rudolph in their hometown of Hoexter. The shareholders firstly established the new company in the growing volume market. This was reached with one employee and chartered units. |
